Well, if you live in Southern California, you already know about Harrah's in Rincon Valley, about 90 minutes Northeast of San Diego's Airport depending on time of the day you start driving.It's a very GOOD Hotel Property with many outdoor pools that were mostly filled with kids and teenagers(what was I thinking when I booked this for late July? Everyone's out of school!) But, still no problem, it's NOT Sandals.I booked this trip two months in advance(online) and requested a 'High Up' Room, we got the second floor looking at the Parking Lot.I wasn't happy to say the least.I moaned a bit at the Player's Club and Jorge, an extremely Professional Player's Club rep and he went immediately into the hotel and fetched the front desk manager who said it was my fault because I requested The Dive Inn Tower (which is only 4 stories high) and therefore if I demanded a room change to a newer, higher Tower, I'd have to pay thru the nose, so, I said 'Forget it!!.
